The majestic First Republic villa is located on a romantic green land with an area of 3/4 hectares and is to be gradually transformed into a space providing unique facilities for individuals, groups or companies for work, educational and recreational purposes. A tasteful reconstruction of the villa is well underway with an emphasis on quality and sustainability while maintaining its unique character. The cleverly designed interior will offer two large and two smaller social lounges, a modern kitchen for culinary events and ten separate rooms with their own bathrooms and an emphasison privacy.

The romantic garden will take in thoughtfully designed accommodation units inspired by natural elements and designed with respect for the local greenery. Every unit will be contributing with its own uniqe charm to the attractiveness and variability of the whole area. The icing on the cake is a separate wellness located below ground level, which includes a salt sauna, hot tub and sea climate.
